3D clouds this morning, the kind of clouds that always look more 3D in Mallorca than they do in England.
The sky here in Yorkshire this morning is the typical one shade of grey English sky and the locals wonder why the English always talk about the weather

About time.

I have just looked at the webcam and it doesn't look any different , when they are doing resurfacing work they stop all parking but there are cars parked all the way along the road, i think they might have just been clearing all the sand that has blown in during the winter .

Maybe Sparky, there was definitely a crew out this morning with a digger, vests and looked like they were about to start.
Pity as that stretch of road is like the surface of the moon.

Hmm, Talking about the "surface of the moon" has just reminded me. I must get Mrs P some more face cream.

I see the windbreak fences are being taken down on the beach - summer's coming! Mind you, judging by the look of the sky on the SM web cam they'll be needing to put them back up again!!

I see the glass canopies are going up outside the Romantic. Now, tell me if they know something I don't, but in the main part of the season, anyone sitting under those will fry even with the sides being open

Lots of steel work going in now. Perhaps the glass has that coating which reflects all the heat back!!

Back to normal service on the webcams, what a stunning morning!! loads of people working on the front, catching up after the bad weather I assume, and there's a tractor playing sand castles on the beach!!

Stunning it is
Now I'll be glued to the webcam and imagining sitting in Tolo's or on the wall watching the tractor.
The sailing boats look nice too ...

Definitely gearing up for the start of the season now with the beach protections down, seaweed gathered and sand re-distributed.
Tamarels Bar have been getting water and drinks deliveries too. More people walking and cyclists about in the nice weather.
11 days till I'm out and looking forward to seeing what Hotel Romantic actually looks like from the front as I've been following its renovation progress daily and seeing all the activity.
