New lifeguard tower on Tamarells beach? Or is it a case of looking at the webcam every day and not noticing it?

There seems to be a lot of activity on Miramar webcam this afternoon. Perhaps preparing for a wedding?
Beautiful setting on a beautiful day if it is!

Yes there was a wedding there today. Apparently the groom pitched up in a speed boat to the sounds of the James Bond theme music!

Maybe the Sahara sand has got into the workings..

Following showing on the See Mallorca webcam:

"With apologies, after many years of service this webcam has died. A new camera has been ordered and will be installed soon"

(I couldn't find any post drawing attention to the now dead webcam. Apologies if I am repeating a previous post.)

We hope it is repaired by September for our holiday as since our grandchildren were young we arranged to " pose and wave" etc. to them back home at a pre set time and date. Not sure they still look but the custom still goes on.
Not sure about the reaction over the years of some of the Hotel guests seeing two seventy year olds cavorting and appearing to wave at them from across the road.
I will grow up one day as my 97 year old youngest son hopes.

I love this tradition ❤️

If the camera is still broken by then, you could move up a bit and do the same thing in front of the Sail & Surf webcam.
Least you'd still get to do it.

I called my mom and dad one day and asked them to look at the Miramar webcam to see us waving and doing starjumps like lunatics. They loved it

Looks as if the scan is faster than before. Will have to take my quick step shoes now or I may look like Charlie Chaplin.

It’s a nice clear picture, but on my iPad I now lose almost half the view with various adverts
