Unhappy Witnesses wanted

Sad to say my son's friend was assaulted and robbed late Friday nite early Sat morning outside or near Chivas(26th/27th Aug). Due to severe concussion, it is all still a bit hazy so if anyone saw or heard anything, please get in touch.

Oh dear that is awful Miriam, i assume it was reported to the police and they are investigating and will catch whoever did this .
I wish the lad a full and speedy recovery.

Poor lad, it makes me so angry that these thugs think it's ok to do this .
I will keep my ear to the ground .

Miriam that's just awful! I do hope he gets a lot better very soon, and that information comes in to the police force which results in the capture of these cowardly, thieving thugs.

Miriam I echo the above comments. This is truly awful! I do hope that he is now on the road to recovery.
Please God they find these louts quickly and give them the appropriate punishment for their cowardly actions. Totally unacceptable behaviour!

My sentiments too. I was horrified to read this and I never expected this sort of violence to happen in PP. I do hope he makes a full recovery.

Thanks folks,

He is back on his feet now and feeling better tho still can't remember what happened. The Hospital at Inca gave him X-rays & a CAT scan, and all appears to be clear.
I just feel so awful about it all especially as this is his first visit to PP.... but these things can happen anywhere.

Thanks again

Miriam

Thats good news Miriam and good that the hospital did the appropriate tests.

Such a shame it happened and something which seems so alien to PP too. PP has always been considered such a safe place to be. Again I hope they find these brats (sorry!) and ensure they think twice before acting in such an unacceptable way again.

I hope this hasn't put your son off visiting again and do wish him well quickly.

Yes I was a little taken aback also. Marilyn looks a smart, quiet, demure lady on her avatar photo - Though I do fully agree with her sentiments!
She's obviously yet another big lover of P.P.

So sorry to hear that Miriam, glad he's now on the mend. Because a low life thug is on holiday, doesn't mean he actually TAKES one! A thugs a thug! As most of us know, that area is always populated by someone, maybe they saw something. You can get the odd drunken skirmish there, late at night, but this is virtualy unheard of!
