Default Rick Stein's Spain

A new series starts tonight 20th July on BBC2 in England and Wales.

Lucky us in Scotland were treated to the first episode last week and I am looking forward to the second episode tomorrow night.

It starts in Galicia, Asturias and works east to the Basque country and some of the fare served up is not for the faint hearted, indeed might not go down too well with some PP lovers.

Also on BBCiPlayer.

Don't miss!

Whether you are a fan of Mr Stein or not!

Does he cook for you as well? Or is he an armchair (deckchair) cook?

Have just watched Rick Stein making Jaime's Fried Milk! Looks quite easy to make, but OOOH the calories

First episode I've watched and he really cooks some lovely rustic dishes. Shame his spanish accent isn't as good as his cooking

Apparently Amazon have a deal, the book and the DVD's for around £25. That sounds very good to me!
