Default Is it Worth Stopping ?

As you drive from the Port to the town there is a long straight section about a mile long then a roundabout, where you go left. (Straight on takes you to the mountains). I have driven past here many times but never stopped. There looks like a few shops and possibly a cafe/restaurant. Does anyone know what is here and if it worth a stop for a look around?

Adios

Dave

Hi Dave - The furniture shops are quite expensive from memory. There is a little ceramics shop which is quite nice for the odd local souvenir. There is also a plant nursery up the side road next to the football pitch.

Hope this makes it a bit more attractive

LOL @ eleanor! The cafe is a bit on the rustic side, joined on to a browse around furniture shop which sometimes has a few interesting pieces in - but yes, pretty expensive for what they are, as are the other couple there which are more modern.
I would say, worth a stop once, just to say you have done it and had a coffee - rude not to really!

The cafe, Trull, is under new ownership and not badly priced. The furniture place has got loads of interesting old artefacts(i thinkm thats the word Im groping for)upstairs. The terrace of the cafe is a real sun trap but the views really just cars passing having decided its not worth stopping!!
