Default Traffic Noise on Carrer de Noguer?

Hi

Having read a number of the threads about the new road / pedestrianisation / traffic changes, has the traffic increased along the new bypass?

We normally stay on Carrer de Noguer, and whilst I would be happy to return there this summer, my husband is concerned about the level of traffic/noise behind the apartments? (as we understood that the traffic would be diverted from the bypass along Av de Llenaire)

Can anyone give any advice please?

Thanks

Karen

We stayed near(ish) the 'bypass' last year, you wouldn't know its there, its so quiet, so much so we are staying just down from Caller Noguer later this year.

Dont think you will have any worries. It must be the most underused bypass in Europe. As Mark said you wouldnt know it was there. We couldnt believe how quiet it was a week ago.Sleeping will not be a problem, maybe the hooting owls will.Ten o clock sharp our one starts.Have a good holiday
