Default Arriving 20 sept

Latent, Don't be so downbeat, Sat is a long time away, i've been in PP end of Sept for many years and the weather very rarely let us down, i'm sure this year will be no exception.

We've been in PP for the last two weeks and the forecast has rarely borne any relationship to any forecast I've seen!

Relax. I'm sure it'll be wonderful.

Funny you should say that, Graham, but in my experience too the forecast is often different. The thing about PP is that weather can change so violently at this time of year and (I guess like this last weekend) a storm hits and all hell breaks loose and an hour later we're all back on the beach!

It's unusual to have a whole day of ghastly weather at this time of year.

This is, by the way, wishful thinking as my wife and I are coming out on Wednesday morning for a week.

Fingers crossed!!

We've been 4 times in September now and only had one thunderstorm in all that time which lasted for .... a whole morning! We went shopping, had a long lunch and then the sun came out! No worries.

Have a fab time you lucky, lucky things!

Lala

We have been to the Pollenca area for the last 6 years - either the last Saturday in September or the first Saturday in October and apart from the odd day we have been blessed with good weather each time and hope you too have good weather.

I would not worry about the weather forecast too much, rarely is correct and most of the forecasts are based on Palma not Pollenca.

Right now the temperature in the shade in 29.5 degrees C sat here at the table under the covered terrace at the villa and my wife is laid on a sunbed in the garden by the pool and the thermometer shows 46 degrees C in the glorious sun

There can be lightning storms in September, its normal does not last long and is a good excuse to go shopping.

Mark.
