Latest News - the original Eating Out forum p221.ezboard.com/fpollensaforumfrm13 is more or less completely restored (but not yet in chronological order) but this was the one that survived the hack & then disappeared 4th June.

Let's hope there's more to come.

What fantastic news!!!!!.
We are so happy for the Forum and the members who spent hours with their threads and thoughts.
But most of all we are so happy for you Pollensa. You have worked tirelessly over the past few weeks to get the Forum restored and keep it going, through what was difficult times for all of us. you kept your chin up and your head down (not an easy thing to do!).
A BIG THANK YOU goes to our web-mistress POLLENSA!!!

I can only echo what Rob has said.

So lovely to see some of the old posts back - like meeting old friends after a long absence.

Hope the rest are restored soon.

Good morning Pollensa!

Just missed you actually. I was lurking and looking! Am I right in thinking a wonderful day has arrived and a large measure of restoration has been achieved.

Looking at your posts on various topics timed last night and also on 19 June on Miscellaneous, E and DO , Watersports and Entertainments it looks so good but as you indicated earlier chronological order is a problem.

Accomodation and Eating and Drinking Out are so very popular there will be many many very happy bunnies.
You must have put in a tremendous amount of work as will people at Ezboard and we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done. Lots of people will now be printing their favourite topics and or saving them.

Thank you from Bonnie Scotland.

The sun is shining brightly at least metaphorically if not quite literally here today!

Will need to buy you a real nice drink if we should have the pleasure to meet sometime!

Best regards

Portofan

And PS The sun has broken through!

Hi Portofan,

Yes a fair amount is back, some I think is lost forever & there are still some more lurking in the background which I will ask them to manually restore.

Supposedly by tonight, we will know the final score & then they need to resort them into chronological order over the next couple of days - which may slow the boards down.

As soon as I have a definitive view of where we are I'll post it here & will move the 'temp' posts back into the original forums.

Thanks for all the support.

Zelda
