Default The Old Monastry building between military and lighthouse

Sorry , I know there is a thread about this somewhere but can;t find it

Anyway ......... there are signs of life in the place ....... lights on in the evenbing and I saw cars, workmen and a JCB ......

Anyone know what is happening ?
