Default Fishing

Going back to Pollensa for the third time with my family, this year we are going with my mate and his family, while the rest of us have a lie in my mate loves to go fishing for an hour or two in the morning.
Does anybody know of any good fishing spots ?

Thanks

Not sure where you sre staying - hubby likes to go fishing and usually spends an hour or so on the jetty by La Gola - (near the sail and surf place).

Default Fishing

My husband and his friend used to go fishing at the end of the jetty at Llenaire. They went at 5 or 6pm at night and caught a couple of fish.

Hope this helps.

Club del Sol is the south PP, past Llenaire. Would imagine from Club del Sol to the Llenaire jetty maybe a 15 min walk (although never tried it personally !)

If you look under 'once your there' and maps you will be able to see the club del sol on the map and the jetty i am talking about. Have tried to put on the link, dont know if i have done it correctly though !

hi deanm,

the beach opposite the hotel you're staying in is popular with locals, beach casting 50-100 yards using relatively heavy duty kit. we;ve regularly been past and seen four or five fishing. the other popular spot is, as already mentioned, the jetty close to sail & surf. this is very user friendly and has some good shoals of mullet, 1/2 to 3/4 pound. they're very clever and used to being fed bread by us tourists and they can usually tell the difference when there's a hook in it.

good luck and if you're succesful, please post your method!
