Default Boat trip to Formentor

We're off to PP on 6th Aug, can't wait, as weather here in Poole like a monsoon today!!

Whilst we've been to our beloved PP many times, we've never done a boat trip to Formentor, don't seem to have found the right place on the Marina to catch a boat which is reasonably priced (there's four of us).

Has anyone got any suggestions!!! Many Thanks!!!

Animagic,

Can I suggest you take the trip to Cap Formentor. Catch the boat outside Stay Restaurant, the guy sells tickets at that entrance to the marina. It's 18.30 Euros a head and for that you get a two hour trip around the cap but stopping on the way back at Formentor Beach where you can get a later boat back. It runs about 4 times a week departing at 10.30 so you get to Formentor at about 12.30. In my view well worth the extra 9 euros a head for the extra hour or so observing the spectacular coastline around the cape and a trip into a couple of picturesque little calas.

Enjoy
