Default Football shirts in PP.

Hi everyone.
As I understand it football shirts are banned in a number of restaurants/eateries/bars in Palma, but does anyone know if there are any restrictions in PP? I would only wear mine during the day. I’m presuming you can wear one just for walking around in?
Thanks.

It all depends what team is being displayed and what the latest results have been. I have noticed over the years that many shirts disappear of a Saturday evening after the results are known. May be worthwhile taking two or buy a couple of different ones in the market to be on the safe side.
Wearing a rugby club shirt never appears to be a problem. Cycling shirts are very popular in the port but carting a bike about can be a problem.
Hope this helps.

In the same vein...just been talking to a couple who are in the Port for the first time (they love it already)...I mentioned that there use to be a bye-law banning men walking along prom without a top on and women with just a bikini top. Afterwards I thought to myself "have I made that up?"!
Have I?

You can walk along the prom without a top but not on the other side or in the back streets.

I think what everyone wanted to say, but didn't......was that we don't do football shirts in PP.

Returned home yesterday. Did not see too many football shirts but those that I did see were smarter than the " hoodies " and looked more comfortable in the 35 plus heat. Fashion is fashion. I probably caused some raised eyebrows in the sixties.

Please do not ban bikini tops, that could cause unintended consequences judging by some of the sights I noticed.
