Hiring a segway

Hi all, does anybody know if there are segways (hoverboards) to rent in PP?

Thanks

I have not seen them in PP but there is a company in Alcudia that do segway tours, just Google "Sunbonoo" :).

Just imagine all that lot on the pavements as well! The cyclists are bad enough.

Mind you, could be a good business idea?!

Having just come back from Prague where they are everywhere I hope not !!

A lady had her arm broken when we were there by someone suddenly going sideways in to her

Completely silent and you just dont know they are there They are starting to fine people as they are not supposed to go any faster than walking pace

Why not just walk and save money and get fit at the same time?!

Fabulous guided Segway tours in Palma located not too far away from the cathedral. A couple of tours to choose from but we like the Old Town Palma tour taking you through the windy streets around the cathedral area , it was brilliant.

Got clobbered by one a few months ago whilst walking in Bath. Hit my ankle and caused discomfort and heavy bruising for almost a week. Mind you, am I right in saying that they are now banned on UK pavements and public places? Lazy and dangerous mode of travel as far as I'm concerned

Segways and hoverboards can only be used on private land in the UK, thank goodness! A total menace in my view and I really hope we don't start seeing them everywhere in PP!

Was in Lazarote in October and saw some then on the promenade. As we can into Alcudia on Monday I saw some in the cycle lane. It's A fad I think. Quite expensive too!
