November can be wonderful weather wise - cool in the evening. The Port will be quiet and most of the hotels and some restaurants will have closed for the season.
Feb/ March can also be good weather wise but as in November can be a lottery - still warmer than UK. The Port will also be opening up ready for the new season although most of the hotels - except Sis Pins often do not open until Easter which is early next year - Good Friday is 25th March.
The choice is yours!

The Pollensa Fair (Fira) is also held on the second Saturday & Sunday of November in the old town. Thousands upon thousands (literally... if you travel by car you have to park miles away along the main road towards the motorway) descend upon the town. Well worth a visit.

LaFira in November is worth a holiday just for that weekend.

Only been once to LaFira in November 2013, some photos of November.

I prefer November to the end of February as November is still warm enough.

Do both weeks if you can find a way. Or two short breaks/long weekends, lots of places rent for short terms out of season.
Two out of season holidays usually costs less than one mid season holiday, if you can find the flights that is.
