Default Leaf Blowers Noise

Goodness me, to put it mildly. hasn't anyone invented the brush here.. I currently have at least 3 or maybe 4 of these leaf blowers on the go all around me.Not to mention a lawn mower and the street sweeping lorry on its third lap around Avenue Paris..however on the positive side there isn't a cloud in the sky.

Default Leaf blowng machine

Yes, the leaf blowing machine person and the street sweeping machine, working in tandem is a great example of how to blow leaves and general rubbish under all the parked cars whilst the street sweeping machine goes past, missing it all!!
Great idea in theory but not that good in practice!

There are at least 2 with brushes doing the rounds, one usually comes up my road after the blower and lorry have been, it must be the cleanest road in the Port .

Count yourself lucky. those sweeping machines are a hell of a lot quieter than the old models from a few years back and I always have a good laugh on windy days. The rubbish gets blown back to where he has just moved it from. Bless em.

Default leaf blowers

At least they try, which is a damn site more than were we live. The last time we saw a street cleaner/sweeper of any description it was horse drawn.

We saw the blower man and the road sweeper every morning on the road outside la cabana. My little boy (4) loved watching them. He'd just follow them on the beach!
I thought they where fairly quiet. Not as noisy as in England!
