Our flights for 3rd July have been cancelled. Rebooked tonight for 12th September staying at Playa Mar & Spa as per our original booking.

Need something to look forward to. Hopefully everything moves in the right direction. 11 weeks and counting.

Thought I'd already answered this.....but probably didn't want to tempt fate! Due out for our first trip of 2020 on 15th July. Was supposed to be on tomorrow evening flights with four chums, but that obviously didn't happen!

Cash and cards are accepted but it varies from business to business so best to ask before you order or buy .
We are very skeptical about using card machines, apparently they are one of the main transporters of covid as very few sanitize after every transaction ,at least you can clean notes & cash.

Not sure how you would clean notes . All i can say is that in our experience whenever we have used a card in supermarkets and restaurants the machines have been sprayed when handed to us .

Don’t know if I’m coming or going here! Our EasyJet flight from Manchester on 15th July is back on again. Wish they would make there minds up! Fingers crossed so tightly that blood supply is compromised.

18-22nd. Girls holiday, me and my daughter! Originally it was To Bilbao (Picos)- cancelled, then Algarve - cancelled. Amazingly able to pick up some very cheap flights to PMI yesterday which were originally out of our budget. If it goes ahead we’ve bagged a bargain to our favourite place. If it doesn’t, I’m booked for November anyhow

We should be there right now but obviously flights were cancelled We had an apartment booked at the Maricel apts, owned by the Miramar, and they were brilliant - returned our deposit within a couple of days along with a lovely email. Very impressed.

Our friends were less satisfied with the villa company they had booked with, who are refusing to give them their deposit back.

Well, after numerous cancellations and re-arranging flights it looks like we will be finally arriving in PP on 19/07/20 for 4-weeks!
Not sure if our homeward bound Easyjet flight on 16th August will be cancelled but we'll worry about that nearer the time.
So looking forward to a bit of sun, sea, sangria and catching up with some good friends.
A bit nervous about the mask wearing - don't want to let anyone down by not wearing it when we're supposed to but I'm sure we'll get the hang of it and it's a small price to pay when you're in paradise.
Summer 2020 is finally here!
