Medical Prescriptions

Hi
In UK I have a medical exemption certificate which means I don't have to pay for my prescription, is there anything similar in Mallorca ?? If not what is the price of a prescription and do you have to pay for each item on said prescription.
Do you know of a site which can give me any information ??
