Default Bellresguard.

Hi everyone that has property in the Bellresguard complex. A close family member is thinking of buying an apartment there, one of the older ones, and has heard that the construction isn't as good as it should be, and that there is more noise from other apartment users than there should be. Also noise from visitors on holiday around the pools can be a nuisance because of the acustics. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I would suggest they choose one in the modern units to the rear of the complex. Much, much quieter.

Hi
The build quality of the older apartments is fine and I've been to address many more issues in the newer ones!
The only thing I'd say about the older ones is that more money needs to be spent as a community to keep up the exteriors etc and also to renovate the flats themselves.
All in all a good area to buy :-)
I hope this helps a bit.

Have stayed in both old and new and very little difference

Only group that I would say we're noisy are the sangrilla apartments which are on one side of bellresguard just behind the spar shop

These are smaller apartments and also there are about 50 of them sharing one pool which obviously means the pool gets crowded nd can be noisy

Also the apartments in Pegasus ( we stayed in the middle floor apartment right next to the shop ) can also suffer from noise, especially deliveries early in the morning..... But I am only speaking about those right next door to the spar and not the whole Pegasus block.

Would also say that generally the pool areas in the older apartments are quieter than in the newer ones
