residencia change of address

having recently changed address, can anyone guide me into how to change our residencia and advise if we need this changed prior to registering at the town hall, I have heard some rumours! that we can do it online, cant find the site to do this

If you put "oficina de extranjeria de Palma de mallorca" it will come but I think the site is under reconstruction at the moment, this would mean a trip to do it directly at the above office!!!!, But I would try the town hall and see if they are linked in to extranjeria.
