Default purchasing restaurant katy

HI have just returned from PP, must say enjoyed the town - fantastic
Can you tell me where i would find information on purchasing restraunt Katy ?

We are looking forward to returning soon can you also advise me is the resorte open all year or dos it close.

I suggest you make direct contact with owner as agents charge a minimum of 5% commission which will be added into purchase price. All business accounts etc can be found via the solicitor.
You will note from this forum that there is a Market for all year trade although some prefer to close.

Smudger i think it will be quieter than normal this winter but there are still plenty of places open, it certainly won't be closed.

Smudger - you will find various posts about the demise of Katy's and the theories of ownership, etc on this site - just search Katy's in the search bar above.

If you have the means to persue you dream I would estimate that you would probably need in excess of £250,000 in your back pocket but probably approaching £400,000 - be realistic with your business plan - it could take you 5 years to turn a real profit.
