Default Mijoan

Has anyone any experience of MIJOAN construction?

We have been provided with a quote for our proportion of some work which is part of some larger works being organised by our commmunity

On the face of it the quote seems quite expensive but that may be because of our poor spanish

Of course we are taking advice from our Community Management, but I just wondered if anyone had any experience of this company

I am not against paying for genuine maintenance activity but like to know I am getting good value and find it more difficult when I am not resident

They are an excellent quality local family builder up to and including building blocks of flats, they know what they are doing. You should ask your community to provide quotes from at least 3 builders for any proposed work otherwise what often happens is that community administartors get backhanders, sorry commission from their preferred service providers
