Talking Well done Telefonica !

Having arrived at the w/e, I realised that my broadband wasn't working but it took till last night to discover that I was unable to make calls from the landline (tho I was recieving incoming calls)
I called Telefonica who informed me that we hadn't paid the Nov fone bill ( Dec was paid tho ) However I could pay the bill (cash ONLY) at the PO so long as I had our NIF No. But it would take upto 48hours to be up & running again .
Great, I thought ! just about in time for me going home.

I paid the bill at 12.49 today, and fone & internet restored by14.00 !

Makes a nice change to be able to report such fast service in the land of Manana !
