The apartments are absolutely first class with excellent build qualityand superb internal finish .Prices are very good at present

I think you will find 'prices are very good' everywhere at the moment! A 3 bed apartment in our block sold for 425k a year ago and the owners are struggling to re-sell at 350k at the moment.
