Default Gotmar regeneration

The Gotmar Neighbours and Friends Association is pleased to announce that council plans for the regeneration of Gotmar, Pollensa,
are now*available for public inspection and suggestions at the "Rosa Blanca" restaurant, c/Cadernera, Port de Pollensa.
Earlier this year, the regeneration of Gotmar was unanimously approved by the full concil Pleno of Pollensa.
The official, full-size plans, for the first of three phases to regenerate
Gotmar´s dangerous and nelglected streets, will be*on display*until the 16th of November.

Thats good to know Dr.B, I just had a look at their plans and it all seems pretty extensive, no more buckled wheels!

Delighted that at long last Gommar / Gotmar is being recognised as a wonderful area of the Port and improvements are to be made to what is already a lovely place to be.

I'm also pleased to learn that there is an association for the area. I didn't realise that was the case and certainly we will join.

I too have looked at the plans and was amazed to see my villa so clearly. Thank you Dr.B for bringing this information to our attention.

Thank you for the info Garry - it is a shame that they do not appear to be tackling the whole project at the same time.

Do you have any idea if there is a time scale for the regeneration of the other areas of Gommar that are also in dire need of regeneration, especially the 'sewage evacuation' as they call it?
