Default Builder Wanted

Looking for a reputable builder that wont rip us off for a renovation on a Pollenca townhouse - licence is fully approved. Just had a problem with a local builder who was introduced by a local property management company, so need someone to step in and continue with the job (we may name and shame them later). Will need to have all paperwork in place for the council to approve them as the contractor. So, if you are a builder and things are quiet or you know of a good builder with good all round tradesmen then please post a reply asap. We have budgets in mind for the job so only post if you are ready to negotiate reasonable rates!! The job is ready and waiting for the right contractor.

In the process of speaking to a builder who sounds like he knows what he is doing. Planning to get over there next week to get things moving so will let you know how it goes. Are you also looking for a builder over there?
