New patio needed
We need to have the existing patio areas and outside areas including the driveway to our villa re-tiled as it looks yek at the moment!
Has anyone any suggestions as to where to buy the tiles and who to use to do the work?
We obviously need the usual - someone reliable who is not going to rip us off and someone who knows what they are doing!
We may need to have the work done whilst we are in England and possibly winter/spring ti ready for next summer.
Any help and suggestions would be great.
Thanks, Eleanor

Paul has done painting for me but I think someone else had a kitchen organised by them & was very pleased.
But please do report back when you have it done - by whoever does it as it's always good to know who to use.

Thanks for this. I will let you know how it all goes. I will contact Paul for his ideas and a quote. Would be good to hear from anyone who has had patio work completed. My garden is such a mess. I want to dispose of most of it and have it paved. Make life much easier and also neater! Thanks for any help.

But far hotter eleanor! Perhaps think about the succulent plants that grow naturally and dont need too much looking after. It would be a shame to have the availability of greenery and then pave over it - mind you, I have seen some very lifelike fake lawns for sale in Al Campo!

Oh no - couldn't possibly have a fake lawn! What would my husband have to do??
You are right though and will keep some of my garden. Just get so fed up with spending so much of our 'holiday' sorting out the garden which seems to take off with the slightest hint of rain - and we have a gardener!

Lol! Yes, men have to be good for something dont they! Joking guys! We can always pop round with a picnic blanket and squash various parts flat for you!
Or perhaps get one of the pavement artists to paint something amazing on the paths around a pool?!

You are probably WAY ahead of me here, but sometimes the obvious slips the net. As you are doing up your villa Im sure you have already been into Leroys next to Al Campo off the motorway towards Palma. Its a bit of a drive down from PP obviously, but the choices of tiles, handles, lights showers, kitchens (I really love the choices of those!) boilers, curtains etc etc etc, as well as all the accessories, is outstanding. I can wander round for ages wishing I could take things back to England!

Yes I love leroy Merlin and gues what - I have taken back things to the UK!! Their taps are wonderful and the ones we bought were cheaper by far than the UK. - Have to watch that allowance though especially with Ryanair!
The tiles are wonderful and seem to be cheaper than other places closer to Pollensa. We bought our bbq there too on special offer. Come the autumn I intend to have a good look around with my credit card for company!
