Default Water Supply

Does anyone have any idea of the water supply companies in PP ? We are having trouble with the supply from the mains to our block and having it tankered in each day at a much higher rate. Our administrator has no sense of urgency and neither do the residents ??? We have emailed who we think can help but we dont know where to go from here. We were only there last week and believed it to be a small problem but have been lead to believe its more serious. Does anyone pay their bills to administrator or straight to water company ?

Any advice greatfully received

Thanks !!

As I understand it in our block we normally get our water direct from the council/town hall (that's how they name it!) but in the summer it can get very salty so we then have lorries instead. We all have water meters & get charged once a year by the administrator (we see the reading/bill on our annual accounts at the AGM) - this charge may only be for the extra tanked water & maybe the rest is via the council charge? - but I doubt it as the council tax is a set amount (based on ratable values) & I assume that in Mallorca all water is metered.

Anyone else know?

Our water is incorporated into our community charges. If we run out of water for any reason then the community pay to bring it in by lorry.
