Damp Cupboard
 

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knew of a person who could provide a reasonable quote to repair a damp cupboard in our Villa near Cala San Vincente.

We have some crazy quotes and looking for some reasonable ones.

Is it a leak from guttering or the roof. Is it a leak from a pipe. Is it condensation (the usual cause!!) and so need to improve ventilation?? :confused:

I think you need to be more specific as to the cause of the damp so that people can suggest particular trades persons.

Thanks for the help. We don't know the exact cause of the Dampness but having taken a look it appears that there is water comming in from the Bathroom above , but I can't pinpoint the exact cause of the water leak and so ideally would like to know if someone would be able to go to view it to recommend a solution.

Update on reason for the damp
 

Just had friends stay over in the villa - and the damp cupboard now has a pool of water at the bottom of it.

As the bathroom has not been used for months - we can safely say it must have another cause - either the roof - or maybe the way rain falls off next door property to ours?

If you know any reliable trades man, for this job, would you post them, as I have had some real 'high' quotes for work - I don't mind paying for the work - but not at unreasonable prices.
