Long term rentals

Hello to the forum !!
I would be interested to hear if anyone on the forum either has themselves or knows someone who has a property available for long term let. It must be in either Port de Pollença or Pollença town and needs to have 3 bedrooms. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

There must be some E C laws that lets people who own apartments, rent them out if they want. Do the hotels think everybody is going to rush to book a hotel instead. I think they will regret this when there is no passing trade from the people who rent apartments.
