Default Advice wanted on Management of Apartment

Hi All

I'm new to all this and having just kitted out our new apartment we would like to let friends and family use it when we are not in residence. I would like some advice on the best way to manage things like:
Cleaning
Laundry
Spare keys (Key holder)

I would be grateful for any helpful suggestions and costs involved. We do not know anyone in PP who we can leave a key with. What possible problems do we need to be aware of?

Looking forward to all your comments.

Do have a look at the various companies under http://www.puertopollensa.com/proper...tml#caretaking Why not contact them all, compare quotes & see whom you feel most comfortable with. If nothing else you'll get a list of all the services offered which will give you an idea of what sort of thing you may need.

It is also a good idea to leave a key with the administrator for your community so that if there was ever a need to get into your apartment ie a water leak, there would be a key available for emergencies.
