Default Buying a place in Pollensa

My wife and I have visited Pollensa for a good few years now and we'd like to ask all you Pollensa experts a couple of questions. You know down the far end of the Pine Walk, by the I'lle D'or hotel, (is that the correct spelling?) but back off the front, on on the Formentor Road, there is a beautiful complex of apartments and flats. All white buildings, with not just pools but ponds as well!
First question: Do you know who the estate agent is for that site?
Second question: Any idea how much a 2 or 3-bedroomed apartment would cost?
That place is classy! We walked throught it one day last year, althought there were 'Keep Out Private' signs everywhere and the first thing we said was 'This place is Classy!! Expensive and beautiful.
Thanks.

My guess is you mean Bellresguard. If that is it the main developer is Riusech - www.riusech.com/ This is in Grid J1 on the map www.puertopollensa.com/maps/pinewalk.html Unless anyone thinks it is somewhere else?

From your description you can only mean Bellresguard

No 2 beds

Older 3 beds without air con ( those nearer fron of road ) start at about 450000 euros . Smarter appts and villas further back range from about 600,000 to 1,000,000 euros

Why do I know all of this .......... because we have spent the last 13 years holidaying in these appts and each year we dream of owning one

they are a great place to stay and if you do end up buying one I will be VERY envious

Good Luck

Oh and by the way , SOL estate agency also sometimes have these appts for sale

CD,
Thanks for that. Having now seen the prices, I don't think there much chance of me buying one!
But If I do...I'll let you know.
