Default Transporting Items from the UK

I am contemplating bring some furniture from the UK to the island in next few months. Is anyone else interested in sharing costs either to or from Mallorca?

Any details on UK companies offering this service would also be welcome.

We've just sent various small items out to Mallorca via www.trevsremovals.com/

We paid the minimum charge of £100 for 1 cubic metre. They do a Mallorca-UK-Mallorca run every month or so and will collect and deliver at both ends. Pick up was very well organised, with all the necessary documentation. Can't comment on the delivery yet, as they are storing the goods for us until April.

The advantage is that you can send as much or as little as you like, at a price which was much more reasonable other quotes we were given , which seemed to be aimed more at people wanting to move a full van's worth of stuff.

Best of luck with it!

Thanks for your recommendation which I took up. If anyone is looking for door to door service then Trev is your man. Fair prices and all items delivered safely with a smile!

I'd endorse that as well - delivery has now taken place, was well organised and goods were received in the same condition we sent them. Good value for money I feel.
