Default telefonica

Does anyone know whether it is possible to view your telephone bill on-line? And if so, how do you set it up?

Yes it is. However I used our management company to organise our telephone connection and they requested the userid and password. You also need to have some basic Spanish to use the site (or Catalan!). See www.telefonicaonline.com

Since february 2008 our payments to telefonica by direct debit stopped and since then we have received our monthly bills direct to our apartment in the mail. Despite writing and telephoning telefonica ourselves. Also our bank manager has contacted telefonica on 1004 to request they resume the direct debit on our authority. Nothing has brought about any change. Telefonica say "the bank returned the bill unpaid" and the bank say "no bill has been received"???

We are concerned that if we are away from pp over the month end and miss receiving the account then our phone will be cut off - not a happy situation for family visitors. We are keen to reinstate the bank standing order. As a stop gap measure we have registered to get our account from telefonica online.

We were cut off although up to date with bills etc. We were told that we didn't uses the phone enough and someone else had requested our number! Very strange system. We didn't bother in the end and now use our mobiles. It became a pain trying to sort the problem and deal with them. They also wanted to charge us again to be re-instated!
