Mobile Network

Hi All

I am just thinking I might get a pay monthly mobile and data dongle. Just wondered if anyone has any feedback on networks etc?

I am assuming the mobile will have roaming the same as my english phone?

I use Lebara pay as you go for my mobile here and Simyo for a data sim for my Mifi.
