Actually these are our experiences and not JUST our thoughts! The idea was to attempt to help people and advise them what to be aware of! Realised that many advertise on this site so obviously this is not the forum for those to ask for unbiased help and assistance!! You have to protect your advertisors of course ---- understood!

Yes and without advertisers there would be no forum.

Well I think I have caused some upset by asking this question, but it's been very interesting. Its obvious some have had good experiences, some bad, as you might buying and selling in the U.K.

Just heard the sad news that Rob McCallum has passed away. We have known him for nearly 25 years when we bought our first apartment . Always very helpful with any advice we have needed. Will be sadly missed. Hopefully his daughter Nicky will be continuing with the business.

Likewise, he helped us navigate the local property market when we bought our place, and we remained friends afterwards. Very sad. 😟

We saw Bob a few weeks ago and heard he had passed away only a week later. We too have known him and his family for many years, and he and his late son Danny helped us buy our apartment. Always a great character he will be sadly missed around the Port.

RIP Bob
