Can anybody recommend a locksmith?

I can't personally recommend one but if you're in a desperate situation, I.e. can't get into your property etc, just find apartment blocks and properties and they nearly all have little stickers outside them with locksmiths numbers on.

Failing that, just pop into any business premises and I'm sure someone will call one for you.
