Default Swimming pool renovation

We have been chasing our tails for a while trying to find a leak in our pool. I think we have finally decided that we must remove all the tiles and fix paint a waterproof liner and then re-tile it. I know it will be many thousands of euros, but trying to gauge an approximate cost within a few thousand.

Does anyone have any ideas? We have a 50m3 pool.

Suggestions for a contractor would also be helpful
