DOGS FOR U : a life for them is a small dog shelter located in Inca which helps rescue larger dogs, especially German Shepherd Dogs. It receives no financial support from any official body or government and desperately needs forever homes for the dogs that they have rescued as well as funds to help pay vets bills and buy food for the dogs. Any amount, however small, is always very welcome, even a bag of Mercadonna dry dog food would be great. I can collect from you and take to the centre.
They are having AN OPEN DAY on Sunday 1st September where you can go along and visit the shelter, enjoy cakes and refrshments and meet some of the fantastic dogs or find out how you could maybe help. Maybe you will find a friend for life there.

Thank you so much. We are having a fab silent auction at the moment with some truly amazing things up for grabs with all proceeds going to the shelter.... Reads Spa day, dinner in top restaurants, sailing trip, pet potrait. All details can be viewed on the website and facebook page. Hope that someone from Pollensa may be interested in adopting a dog........

Yes there is a website and a very active facebook page. The silent auction has another 10 days to run and there are some fantastic things on offer. Message our facebook page to make a bid and to see how the bids currently stand.

Can I please remind you to mark this Sunday 1st September in your diary and go down to Inca, just 20mins drive, and support the fantastic cause of the Dogsforu dog shelter. They are having their Open Day between 4 and 8 and will have refreshments, tombola, wonderful cakes, bric and brac and the opportunity to save a life. Every euro we receive helps save the dogs.
