Local Dialing Code

Coming to PP in 2 weeks time, looking for the local area code to use if calling local numbers.
ie local taxi 971 886 213, do I add 0034 to this if calling from mobile.

Quote below from my UK mobile supplier:

To call local and international numbers

" Whenever you use your mobile phone abroad, you should always use the international dialing code of the country you are calling. Just key '+', then the country code, followed by the area code (without the 0) and then the phone number."

So if you are in Puerto Pollensa with a UK mobile, to make a local call you dial 00 34 971 and then the number (971 is the local code that starts all numbers locally).

Sorry to disagree but for local land line numbers just dial 971 then the six figures.
