Default Internet in Apartment

Ok, I know it’s annoying when people keep asking the same question, but here goes
I’m researching internet access for our apartment. IB-Red do various options, but I hear its slow and needs access to our blocks roof. Anyone have good/bad experience of them?
Also Moviestar do a contract where you get it cheaper (€85) a month for three months, then to stop it increasing to over €100 a month you need to do another deal, thereby renewing a deal every 3 months. Plus it has 80 channels and 2 sim cards, none of which we want
Any thoughts/experiences?
Thanks

Exciting - new apartment?

Maybe it's best to decide first what you want to use it for as I think there's plenty of experience of the options on here.

We had movistar with landline and fast internet for a quite few years and I think it cost us about 65 eur a month but as we only use it for basic browsing and don't stream movies etc., we ditched it. Now we just use our phones as a hot spot as we have a very good data package in the UK (i.e. unlimited) and, at the moment, the charges are the same. It does drain phone batteries however so we're thinking of bring out a mifi gadget with data sim next time.

The answer will depend on your needs:

How many days per year will you need Internet access?
Which months of the year will you be using the Internet at the apartment?
Do you need to stream video to tablet or TV?
How many concurrent users might there be?
Will any users be high-demand (i.e. teenagers!)?
