Default Moviestar problems

Hi!

I have been with Moviestar now for 3 years and had a very good service during this time. I pay monthly from my Spanish bank. Over the summer Moviestar started taking two full payments per month. I have been in email contact with their consumer department who have admitted the fault and promised a refund. But despite numerous emails no refund has been forthcoming.

I just wondered if anyone else had suffered similar problems and how it was resolved. Does anyone know if I can ask the bank to intervene on my behalf (as they do in the UK under the Direct Debit contact)?

Thanks

On my sabadell account mobile app I can see each transaction and then attached at the bottom I can see a little pdf attachment of the invoice. I once had 2 Endesa bills and I could see the second one was for a complete stranger. Once you know the bill is in error you can reject it on the spot and it credits you back immediately. I never had any further comeback as I guess Endesa looked a bit more closely at the bill and realised they'd written the wrong IBAN on it?

I found the email address for Moviestar customer relations and they resolved the matter immediately with a refund in my account within 24hours.
