Any wifi in bars/restaurants in old town

Hi everybody, :)
Just need occasional wifi access to check emails during our 1 week holiday late September.
Not been since 2010 but were regular annual visitors prior to that.
Booked flights yesterday and am about to book a villa near to the Old Town but it won't have wifi.
Any wifi facilities in any of the bars and restaurants in the Old Town?

Manzanas y Peras definitely have WiFi and I would imagine so would many others :).

Thanks Sparky :)
That would be handy.
That is just up from the square near the foot of the Calvario steps if my ageing memory serves me right.
Keith.

I have used the free wifi in pollensa square, it's provided by the council I think.

Also at the bottom of the Calvari steps where there a places for coffee etc in a small 'square' area at least one has wifi available, Manzanas y Peras .es is one of them as Sparky says.
many more of course, use an app on your phone and you will find them.

Remember that any free public wifi is not secure and it is fairly easy for criminals to capture passwords so dont log into any website or email account that has any kind of financial transaction associated with it. (The most risky are email accounts that have been used with paypal or ebay etc as that's a goldmine)

To make your laptop more secure install something like dnscrypt ( free, google for it) or sign up for a paid for VPN service etc.

Thanks Mark :)
My wife and I and daughter who is coming with us have IPads
Daughter has an Iphone - I just have a basic phone.
Thanks for the advice to take care on public Wifi.
I am not great on technology but will take a look at dnscrypt.
Keith
