The Galeon to re-open.

There is a sign on The Galeon saying "Opening soon", not sure if it's just the restaurant or if it includes the hotel as well

.
I did hear a rumour last week that the people from Tango Ca Vostra were involved but don't know if that's true.

We ate at Tango last week and can confirm that it is true.

Thanks Stevo, i suppose the fact that it's smaller means the rent will be cheaper for them than in the Ca Vostra building.

Just to be clear - they are closing the current location

and moving to the Galeon?? Will his telephone still work after the move? peep-peep!

From my source, its also the Hotel opening Steve, but as per everything, we shall just have to wait and see!

It's a nice looking little hotel and set-up that one. Would be a shame if it was not taken over totally.

Closed/boarded up businesses are bad enough anyway but when you see them on a seafront that's really bad news IMO.

That is great news, it was such a shame to have that lovely building closed up and of course it will also bring jobs into the port

So just to clarify both the Galeon hotel & restaurant is reopening, Tango Ca Vostra is moving to the restaurant (& leaving Ca Vostra empty?) and are they (Tango) running the hotel too or is that someone else? I think that they're self-catering apartments - is that right?
