Default Miramar balcony room view

Spoke to miramar and they said they can't guarantee a 4th floor terrace and your room could be 1st floor terrace but I'm worried the view is obscured by the trees on that level? Any one have any photos from the first floor terrace rooms? I'm more than happy to pay the extra if the view is the same just a bit concerned all we'd see is the trees, thanks for your help!

We stayed in a first floor, sea facing room with lovely large terrace (in the older, original building) in April this year. The view was fantastic but looking back at our photos, the trees had been cut right back and I would imagine by this time of year they would be quite big and bushy and could quite well obscure the fantastic view (you don't say what time of year you are visiting).

If you have the option I think I would opt for a room on a higher floor even though the balconies are smaller.

Someone local may be able to see and report what the tree situation is like at the moment.

We stay at Miramar every year and don't think there would be much of a view from 1st floor, also perhaps some noise, go higher if you can
