just reawakening a long gone thread. mrstheman has just asked me if these apartments supply hairdryer,iron/board etc. i've emailed the letting agency but while i wait for reply i thought i'd ask on here. now i know that most of these are privately owned and what may be in one apt. may not be next door.
as a rough guide , would people expect the above when renting?

As you've noted these are private apartments so it will depend on what people provide so I don't think anyone will be able to help you here & you will only get a general answer I'm afraid.

As we own one there I can give you the general reply you are after! Obviously I cant give info on each individual apartments style of decor but they all appear well looked after. The gardeners and pool attendents are there regularly. The outlook is airy and bright. They do overlook the Bahia Pollensa Apartments, but there is no noise at all from them. The ONLY downside is that the bypass now runs behind the Olot apartments. We first bought when there was no road so we obviously notice a difference, but those who have rented from us have said it doesnt affect them at all.
If you want other info that you think I may be able to help with, please feel free to PM me, not knowing which agent you have used I can only know what is required by my agent.

Belladonna - would you by any chance let your Olot apartment through Sealand Villa's?
Spotted some nice Olot apartments on their website and found this forum in my research. Like the earlier poster I'm just trying to get more info about the Olot as never been to PP before.

Unfortunately Your PM facility isnt up and working yet so I cant send you any info, all I can say is that no, they are not my agents. Im not sure if I can say who we rent through although they do advertise on this site. Pollensa, can I do this here?

I think you clicked on the Google adverts which the search provider includes at the top. Page down & you'll see the search results from puertopollensa.com!

We stayed there 5 -16 September. Very quiet although lots of coaches go to Bahia Apts across road. Lift been broken since January with no sign of being fixed. Pool good, loungers broken! Beach 5 minutes walk - however town about 20 minutes to the start of restaurants.

I understand that the reisidents association has been active lately, and a modernisation of the lifts is being carried out this winter.
