Hi all,
I have used and enjoyed this site for some time but felt the need to register today to save some other misfortunate family from the same experience that we have just had.
We booked JAFUDACRESQUES2 for 11 nights from last night and were excited as it looks fabulous. Unfortunately we were unable to spend even one night in it as our family of 4 were expected to sleep in UNWASHED SHEETS.We gave the owner every opportunity to at least salvage the situation by changing the sheets. However, we were told that the apartment had been checked and the sheets were clean - THEY WERE NOT. They still had previous occupants hairs on the pillows - yuk!! Also as the apartment is right above the owners restaurant it smells of cooking fat. We turned on the air-conditioning system (only in the lounge and not adequate for the apartment size) and the smell of old fried fish was overpowering. To such an extent that we turned it off again. The front door lock was broken as was the toilet flush which completely came away in my hand. would unfortunately not recommend this one -sorry. There are better apartments for this price range.
