If the apartment is the one I'm thinking of it is a few doors
from the one we have stayed in and looks very nice. It
appears to have been recently 'done up' on the outside and
it boasts a fantastic large balcony with a view to die for over
the Bay of Pollensa!

Have no worries and remember .............

PP + Pine Walk =

We were in Alicia B booked through Open Holidays/Marfran, it was on the second floor of the five storey rather ugly block with curvy balconies two doors from Balada del Aqua de something and five doors from Hostal Bahia. Brilliant position, view from balcony to die for, the place to be for breakfast, early evening, late evening, whenever! When in, I was there! Son was ogling the girls from there (hubby might have been too). Pedestrian out front which was great but the service road at the back was very noisy all night, have mentioned this elsewhere, double glazed windows dealt with the noise but then we were dying of heat at night, so rented fans from the MultiRental place. If you are in PP, it has to be the Pine Walk!

What made you change your mind Bigmikey? Pine Walk really is the most fantastic location looking out over the bay of Pollensa. We stayed there for 5 years running until we bought in El Pinaret last year...couldn't afford PW! I think people are put off as many of the apartments don't have a/c and obviously no swimming pools. But when you have the med on your doorstep ,a drink in your hand and your gazing out at the most amazing view..........

End of the day though it's horses for courses and I'm sure you'll have a great time wherever you stay in the Port.
