Default Las Golondrinas Apartments

About to book a month(ish) out there next July/ August, wondered if any one had stayed there? I know where they are, we drove past every day of our stay this year. Anyone any thoughts, comments or experiences.

Default Las Golondrinas

Hi Mark,

Just to let you know I stayed in a wonderful 2 twin bed apartment this June in Los Golondrinas. One bedroom had en suite with one other family bathroom.

The terrace looks out onto lovely gardens and the pool area is spotless.

There was a small but well equipped kitchen and very comfortable lounge area with dining table and chairs and tv. However, we spent our time eating out or breakfasting/lunching out on the terrace tables and chairs.

If you wish I am happy to give you the contact details of the lady that rents it out and owns it.

Thanks. Liz

Hi Lynda,

Las Golondrinas certainly are lovely apartments and we are fortunate to own one.
They are situated at the edge of the Port, close to the road to Pollensa.

Not stayed there but situated in Gotmar (Gommar) about 15 mins walk from the beech through Gotmar or 15-20 mins down the main road to the Pine Walk or Square.

Apartments are about 25ish years old (guess) and have swimming large pool in the grounds (if I am thinking of the right place.

Local bars : The Hideaway, Aries Bar, The Rosa Blanca. Local Supermarket. Near the Habitat and Duva hotels - maybe possibility of "crashing" entertainment etc. May be some noise from this??

These are, as others have said, very nice apartments on the outskirts of PP on the road that leads into Pollensa old town. Lovely pool and gardens! The only drawback IMO, if you prefer the beach, would be the 15 minute walk, especially in the summer heat! There is a bar and a little supermarket in a small parade, but again it's at least a 15 minute walk into the centre which is where all the lively bars and restaurants are.

Hope this helps

Debs

So tranquil though. Sitting out in the late evening just watching the stars. There is so little light pollution compared with UK. Never seen so many shootings stars!!
