Hello Barmy

I've stayed in the Hostal Bahia a few times. It's my favourite spot in PP. I think it has the best location on the PineWalk. Fabulous views, really lovely staff, gorgeous breakfasts out on the terrace. Don't be put off by the name 'Hostal' - it's just as good as the more expensive hotels (if not better - in my opinion!)

Unfortunately, they don't have big family rooms so now that we have two small children we can't stay there anymore. Otherwise I would choose to stay there every time.

They even have a few tables right on the beach. It's just perfect.

It really is lovely - great choice! I hope you have a wonderful time.

Hi Barmy,

I would have to agree, it is lovely, we had to collect our keys for apartment there, guy behind desk, was great. I was amazed at inside, its beautiful, its unique, and i was gutted as was originally gonna book there, but was put off, due to no balcony, but lets face it, do you plan on spending time in room, other than to sleep ?...we didnt..but the terrace on pine walk, more than makes up, and although didnt eat there, I beleive food is lovely, and as Sazzle says location is second to none, im sure you wont be disappointed..have a great time....

Hostal Bahia get's a BIG thumbs up from me. Stayed there in April and will be back in 2 weeks - woo hoo!!!! Didn't have a balcony but it didn't matter as you have the lovely terrace to sit out on. Rooms are air conditioned & have a TV, cleaned every day, staff very pleasant, etc. etc.
