Default Las Mimosas or Bellresguard? That is the question??

Hi

We are 2 families with 4 adults and 3 kids under 9, and have been to Puerto many times, we've always stayed at the Thomson superfamily friendly hotels but next year want to go it alone!!

We need to be near the centre and the beach and ideally would like 2ground floor apartments next door to each other (we dont want much I know!).

Las Mimosas and the Bellresguard apts have been suggested but I dont know either of them.

Heeeeeeeeeeelp

I have not stayed in either myself but my son and his family stayed at the Mimosas last May and the flat was very nice. There is a kidney shaped swimming pool and seemed to have plenty of sun loungers. The balconies on the upper floors were large - cannot remember the ground floors though. The flats are about 10 mins walk to the centre (square) of PP and three mins to nice beach. Bellresgard is the other end of the resort (top end of pinewalk) about 15 mins stroll to centre. Not been in any of the flats but think they are bigger, pictures of them look great. Less of a beach that end of the pinewalk though.

If you are looking for two ground floor flats together suggest you try one of the local agents such as Bellamar or Riusech who may be able to help.

Hope this helps

Marilyn

Suggest you try this link on the www.puertopollensa.com website
www.puertopollensa.com/localagents
this includes most of the local agents including Bellamar
Riusech are www.riusech.com

You can find agents in the UK offering more than one apartment in a block or complex but my experience is that you generally pay more

but if you do not mind booking self-catering through uk agent, I would recommend Travel Club of Upminster who are very helpful and have some really nice properties in PP.

Hi Michelle,

We have booked an apartment for July via Bellamar (based in PP) and found them extremely helpful. All questions (no matter how silly or trivial) were answered promptly and politely.
